CEP on Insolvency  *

From Chairman's Desk

Dear CMA Members & Students
Institute of Cost Accountants of India - Aurangabad Chapter

I am highly honoured being elected as the Chairman for the year 2019-20 and hence very much thankful to you all and the Managing Committee. The confidence that you have shown in me, I can only assure you that I will try very hard throughout my association with the chapter to ensure and prove that it is rightly placed in my name.

I assure all of you that we as Managing Committee will ensure that all the stakeholders of the institute are duly and properly taken care of in our endeavour to add value to all the dimensions of our profession.

With the continuous efforts of the Central Council and the present president, the scope for Insolvency professionals and Valuation professionals has increased on a very large scale, so I request the professional members who are into practice to explore the opportunities in these areas as there is tremendous scope apart from all other routine professional avenues of taxation and audit. We are sure many members would have explored by this time the opportunities in recently introduced areas like Cooperative Audit, Security Audit, Concurrent Audit etc. It will always be a pleasure of the Aurangabad chapter to help members in any of these areas if need be.

The Management Committee would focus more on developing a rapport with the Industry and increase the institute interaction.

I request all the members to take upgradation of our chapter from present C category to B category as a common target and try to increase membership of the chapter.

We would look forward to lot of professional development activities with active participation and involvement of all the members of the chapter.

Students are the successors of our profession so wish to give them maximum possible good professional values apart from knowledge and skills, to be carried forward by them to our next generations as our heritage.

We, as a team would make maximum efforts to start the construction of the new CMA Bhavan.

I earnestly request all members to actively participate in all the activities and programs of the chapter and also in increasing students admission and the membership of our chapter.

Members’ innovative ideas and creative suggestions would be strongly welcomed in this synergetic process and progress of the development of the chapter and the profession.

With Warm Regards,

CMA Parag Rane
(Chairman)
